Medical Reports

Medical Coordinator
We will assign a medical care coordinator who will collect the reports and other relevant information you submit. Your assigned medical care coordinator will then match your case with a specialist based on the nature of your medical requirements. (or you could say, “match your case with an appropriate specialist.”)
Consultation Package
Choose the consultation that you feel best meets your requirements. Your assigned medical care coordinator will reach out before finalizing your specialist, in case you have any additional concerns.
Preliminary Diagnosis
If AFTER reviewed by specialist:
Your assigned medical care coordinator will schedule a follow-up appointment and will help you review the evaluation of your medical history, diagnostic details, and the treatment plan recommended by the specialist.
If WITH the specialist:
Your assigned medical care coordinator will schedule a follow-up appointment and will help you complete the evaluation of your medical history, diagnostic details, and the treatment plan recommendations with a specialist.
Specialist In-depth Report
A specialist will thoroughly evaluate all the generate an in-depth treatment recommendation report.
Final Consultation Report
The specialist’s report will consist of detailed answers to your questions, including a treatment plan recommendation tailored to meet your clinical needs.
